Infinity Tokens (IFNY) are non-financial digital utility tokens designed for exclusive use within the Arena Views and Morizon ecosystem. By accessing this website and/or purchasing Infinity Tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This platform is developed in collaboration with NYXEX Ventures FZ, LLC, a UAE-based entity registered in Dubai, which supports infrastructure, compliance alignment, and technical integrations.
Infinity Tokens:
• Are utility-based digital access assets, not investment vehicles.
• Do not represent equity, profit rights, revenue share, dividends, debt instruments, or securities under any legal framework.
• Are used exclusively for platform functions such as accessing products, property options, services, and other digital features within the Infinity ecosystem.
Any reference to internal utility growth (e.g., “10% per month”) refers to a preprogrammed utility unlock schedule tied to internal platform usage — not to external financial value, appreciation, or ROI.
You must be:
• Over the age of 18
• In a jurisdiction where utility tokens are legally permitted
• Willing to complete all KYC/AML verification if required by our payment partner (Transak)
Access is restricted in jurisdictions that explicitly ban or classify utility tokens as securities, including but not limited to regions with active prohibitions.
Purchases are made through our partner gateway Transak, which allows you to:
• Pay using credit or debit card
• Automatically convert your fiat payment into USDT
• Complete the token purchase without needing crypto experience or wallet management
All purchases are final. Tokens are issued to your account once the USDT transaction is completed. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

Infinity Tokens are governed by smart contracts that define access logic, release schedules, and eligible use cases. These contracts are regularly reviewed for transparency and compliance. Use of the platform includes:
• Access to verified property purchase pathways
• Use of tokens toward real-world services (travel, goods, utilities)
• Participation in ecosystem events, discounts, and access programs
Token mechanics are non-compounding, locked for 9 months post-purchase, and unlock monthly thereafter for use within the system.
Tokens may not be resold, traded, or offered on any exchange unless and until officially listed by the platform on approved marketplaces. Any unauthorized trading or resale is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access.
We follow GDPR-aligned data standards. All user information collected for account creation, purchase verification, and platform use is stored securely and never shared with third parties outside regulatory obligations.
Arena Views, Morizon, NYXEX Ventures FZ, LLC, and associated personnel shall not be held liable for:
• Regulatory changes affecting token classification in your country
• Platform downtime, errors, or smart contract disruptions
• Misuse of tokens outside intended platform functions
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial and digital asset laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and international frameworks, where relevant. Disputes shall be resolved under Dubai Digital Commerce law or mutually agreed arbitration.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or token after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
